Shipping

Packages use unmarked outer packaging with a neutral sender label for privacy. When your order ships, we email your tracking number and you can look it up on the order tracking page.

• Free shipping when you purchase more than $225.00 (merchandise before discounts)

Once your payment is completed and we confirm it, you should receive a second email confirming your payment. Please allow 3–4 days to process your payment and prepare the order. We ship orders within 3–4 days after payment is confirmed; we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we cannot fulfill your order or there is a payment problem, we will email you.

Once shipping is ready, a shipping confirmation is emailed to you with a tracking number.

Large orders (more than 300 pills) may be sent in two different shipments and will not arrive on the same day.

Delivery typically takes 3 to 4 weeks door to door. Weather, carrier backlog, and customs inspection can extend that window. Contact support with your CHU- order reference if a shipment is overdue.

You are responsible for knowing import rules in your country and for paying import duty, VAT, and tax if applicable. We do not ship where prohibited by law. Customs inspection can add time beyond the standard window.
