We can ship our products to the United States, the United Kingdom (UK), Australia, Asia, and other markets where shipment is lawful. You must be 18 or older. Please make sure your country's laws and regulations allow you to import a certain quantity of ED drugs for personal consumption without a prescription. You are responsible for paying import duty, VAT, and tax if applicable in your country.

When you place your order, we immediately email you an order confirmation. If you do not receive it, check that the email address you gave us is spelled correctly. If it is, check your Junk/Spam folder. If it is still missing, contact us from our Contact us page using an alternative email address, or email admin@chumedic.com.

We accept Wise, Western Union, and Bitcoin. Wise and Western Union orders stay on hold until staff confirm payment. Bitcoin uses a hosted invoice and advances only after the payment settles. Full payment instructions appear on the thank-you and payment pages after you place an order.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering, or any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us via Contact us or admin@chumedic.com, and one of our representatives will get in touch with you shortly.

Orders ship from Chiang Rai, Thailand. Rates, processing, large-order splits, and delivery windows are on our Shipping page. Reshipment and refund rules are on our Returns page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHUMEDIC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.
